Pab, aka Pablo Mejias, is an Adelaide MC and DJ whose voice has accompanied the city’s rave and drum and bass scene from the Enchanted Forest era to clubs and reunion events. He reads the pace of a set, chooses when to lift the room and gives DJs space when the music should lead. That judgement has made him a microphone presence across jungle, liquid, rollers and heavier DnB. Pab’s history includes work with Inbound, AirDNB, Low Kool Selection, Club Deep and Reunion Adelaide. He has appeared with artists including A-Sides, Bailey, Ray Keith, Grooverider, QZB and Charli Brix, while remaining connected to local selectors and MCs. Recent bookings range from outdoor day parties and packed Hindley Street rooms to the 28 Years of Inbound celebration at its original Crown and Sceptre home. Billed as MC/DJ Pab, he understands both sides of a set. His delivery is energetic but controlled, supporting the rhythm, sharpening moments and helping turn a lineup into a shared dancefloor experience.
