Wild Sound System aka Luca

Wild Sound System is Luca's rig, a custom hand built Paraflex system based in Adelaide and hired out for warehouse raves, open air parties and private functions. Nineteen thousand watts, configured to the room rather than trucked in as a fixed setup, and tuned for the kind of bass you feel in your chest. That makes it a slightly different entry to the rest of the promoter list. Wild is a sound company first, which means it turns up on other people's bills as the thing powering the night rather than the name selling it. Paranoia 5 at Cosmos Club ran on it across two rooms of underground techno. It also puts on its own. Sound System Sunday took the full rig out to Unit Three in Lonsdale for a family friendly afternoon of deep drum & bass and house, eight DJs deep. Yax rates it as one of the better sounding systems he has worked with indoors, which from a techno promoter is the endorsement that counts.
