Scattrd aka Chris Williams

Scattrd is the drum and bass alias of Adelaide DJ Chris Williams, whose sets cover old-school jungle, modern DnB, rollers and heavier sound-system material. His public appearances date to at least 2023, when he joined a line-up for Drum & Bass on the Sand at Sellicks Beach. He has since become connected with WILD Sound System, playing its 30Hz Boiler Room event and supporting UK jungle duo Serial Killaz on their 20th-anniversary tour at District. Scattrd has also appeared alongside Document One and local artists including Sepia, Rolzee, Tzusi, Amorositie, Xela Rae and Seek N Destroy. His Fresh 92.7 guest mix marked his debut on the Adelaide community station and captured his approach away from the club. In 2026 he joined Sound System Sunday at Unit Three, where WILD’s custom rig powered a program of drum and bass and house. Scattrd’s style is rooted in bass weight, quick movement between DnB subgenres and the communal energy of Adelaide’s outdoor and independent sound-system events.
