Tinkerb9L, formerly TROUb9L, is a veteran of the Adelaide drum & bass scene with close to twenty years behind the decks. She describes what she does as channelling healing vibrations rather than simply playing records, reading the energy of a room and building the set to work with it. The deepest part of the story is radio. She spent over fifteen years at Fresh 92.7 as producer of Rollerz, clocking up hundreds of shows and taking the station's Show Hall of Fame Award for her part in shaping the sound of Adelaide's youth. Alongside that she holds a diploma in sound production and works as a vocalist, dancer and natural healer. Recordings stretch back through both names, from Postnatal Dnbsession and DNB Everybody to a set with MC Pab at Inbound's 21st birthday, and she features as a vocalist on unsub and n0isemakeR's PTSD. Recent bills have taken her from Ancient World and the Winston out to the Eden Valley Hotel in the Barossa.
