Jstr aka Paul Heairfield

JSTR, aka Paul Heairfield, is an Adelaide DJ with more than 15 years behind the decks and a long history across the city’s club and party scene. Residencies have included Dog & Duck, The Alma, Black Bull and Fabric Nightclub, while his work has also taken him to Melbourne, Sydney and regional South Australia. More recently, JSTR has focused strongly on private events, with the FoeBiz team winning the ABIA Award for Best Wedding DJs in SA for two consecutive years. Based at The Exchange in Gawler, he also works as Entertainment Manager, combining DJing with event programming. His mixes can be heard on Fresh 92.7’s Synergy, and his sets move freely through retro classics, old-school party anthems, R&B, EDM and mashups. Comfortable on the mic and quick to read a room, JSTR’s style is built around energy, nostalgia and keeping the dancefloor engaged.
