Jane Doe aka Jane Menz

Jane Doe, aka Jane Menz, is a South Australian drum & bass producer and DJ whose work spans neurofunk, liquid and darker technical DnB. Her interest in production began young, experimenting with Music 2000 and eJay on PlayStation and even building a happy-hardcore remix for a school music class. She later taught herself production properly, began sharing tracks online, and by late 2021–22 was releasing through independent DnB labels. Her catalogue has since reached NeuroPlague, Imagine Audio, Dirtbox Recordings, COVET DnB, Modular Carnage, Bass Rabbit Recordings, MadChill and VTO Records. Key releases include “Radiate” for COVET’s Lab Test series, the four-track Fortress EP on VTO, and 2026 appearances on CODE:HER and The Incubation Vol. 2. She also teamed with Adelaide producer DT3 for “Meant To Be / Sometimes” on Vibe City. As a DJ, Jane Doe carries the same contrast into her sets, moving between heavy neurofunk pressure and melodic liquid DnB.
