Our Sound

Our Sound is Adelaide’s large-scale bass music festival, created by Groove Events and launched at Bonython Park/Tulya Wardli in 2024. Built around drum & bass from the outset, it brings major international and Australian artists together with a strong platform for South Australian DJs, producers and MCs. The debut drew more than 3,000 people across two purpose-built stages, headed by Pendulum and Luude, before returning with names including Wilkinson, Danny Byrd, Ed Rush, Flowidus, Godlands and Lee Mvtthews. Local representation remains central, with The Collective curating a dedicated second stage and Adelaide selectors appearing throughout the program. Now expanding under the Festival of Bass banner and moving to Elder Park, Our Sound keeps its focus on heavyweight sound, open-air production and connecting global bass culture with the people building Adelaide’s own scene.
