Qzyphus

Qzyphus is an Adelaide DJ whose selections centre on drum and bass, jungle and the wider UK bass continuum. An active collector with an extensive Bandcamp library, he draws from liquid and soulful D&B, deeper bass music, garage, dub-led club tracks and breakbeat, favouring detailed programming over a narrow style. His mixes appear on SoundCloud and Mixcloud, while local bookings have placed him alongside Adelaide selectors and major visiting artists. In January 2025, Qzyphus played back-to-back with Batch at Sauce Icons Vol. 3, supporting pioneering UK artists DJ Flight and Stamina MC at Divide. He later joined the Adelaide support lineup for QZB and Charli Brix at a 2026 Easter Sunday collaboration between AirDNB, The Manager’s Office and Wickid Lickwid. Whether playing alone or in partnership, Qzyphus brings a collector’s ear, measured progression and an interest in bass music’s soulful, experimental and dancefloor-facing sides.
