Fresh 92.7 FM
Fresh 92.7 is Adelaide’s youth-focused community radio station, built around electronic music, local DJs and emerging culture. The station’s origins date to 1997, with its first broadcast taking place on 17 March 1998. Fresh initially broadcast on 92.9 FM under a temporary community licence before moving to 92.7 FM and receiving a permanent community broadcasting licence in 2002.
Operating under Fresh Broadcasters Incorporated with the callsign 5FBI, the station combines staff and volunteers across its programming and operations. Fresh has long provided a platform for dance and electronic music, specialist shows, local artists and developing DJs, while also running events, training programs and its annual Top 92 countdown.
Fresh broadcasts on 92.7 FM, digital radio and online from Adelaide.
