Synergy is a Fresh 92.7 club-music show hosted by Adelaide DJs Gex and Friendly, built around the records moving through local dancefloors each week. House, EDM, party anthems, mashups and other club sounds sit at the centre, mixed live with an emphasis on energy and getting Saturday night started. Local guest DJs are a core part of the program, giving Adelaide selectors regular airtime and allowing the sound to shift from week to week. Over the years those guest sets have covered everything from house and techno to drum & bass and open-format party music. Rather than being tied to one narrow genre, Synergy works as a weekly snapshot of Adelaide club culture: resident hosts, rotating guests and dancefloor music brought straight from the clubs to radio.
