Jason Bayley, known to Adelaide dancefloors as DJ Jayse, passed away in 2016. He was part of the city's rave and club scene through the 90s, a time when a few crews and a handful of venues built something that still means a great deal to the people who were there. Heaven nightclub on West Terrace was his mainstay over the years, and plenty of people danced their way through those nights with Jayse behind the decks. He played Continuous Flow and Anthems nights, shared bills with the DJs who defined that era, and was part of the crew that kept Adelaide's dancefloors full week after week. He was one of ours, and he helped make that era what it was. Continuous Flow and Anthems remember him with gratitude and send love to his family and friends. Rest easy, Jayse.
