CK aka Simon Casey

CK is the DJ alias of Simon Casey, a long-standing figure in South Australia’s Riverland dance-music community. Involved with music from an early age, Casey discovered electronic music in 2004 and has spent the years since listening, collecting and developing his approach behind the decks. His history is closely tied to Renmark nightlife and the crew surrounding RELEASE at Rivaz Nightclub, where music discovery, local DJs and regional dance floors built a loyal following. After a 12-year hiatus, CK is returning alongside Jazza, Toot, Shane Casey and Tarik for RELEASE: REUNION, reconnecting a formative chapter of the Riverland club scene. He is also booked for Sounds in the Quarry 2026 at the Historic Overland Corner Hotel, placing him among a broad cross-section of South Australian electronic artists. Whether revisiting the records that shaped those early nights or sharing new selections, CK brings experience, local history and an enduring enthusiasm for electronic music to every set.
