Bradtke aka Jake Bradtke

Bradtke is Jake Bradtke, an Adelaide DJ whose entire online presence amounts to a single line: if you like what you hear give us a follow legends. The catalogue reads as a working diary rather than a portfolio. Quick Mix has run to at least twelve volumes across 2022, 2023 and 2024, with Yuckies reaching a third instalment and a Bradtke Hard Mix sitting alongside them. Twenty nine uploads in total, most of them numbered, none of them especially fussed over. It is the output of someone playing regularly and recording it as he goes rather than building a release schedule. The exception is the Fresh 92.7 Synergy mix from 2023, which is the one made for somebody else's audience. In November he plays Sounds in the Quarry at the Historic Overland Corner Hotel, a riverside festival staged in a 160 year old stone quarry with twenty four artists across two stages and free camping thrown in.
