Krish

Krish is an Adelaide DJ who moves comfortably between two ends of the local underground, and the three bookings on his record make the range plain enough. Doof Techno had him open Homegrown, the fourth and final instalment of their summer series at Ancient World, a late night run from bush techno into hypnotic psy played to a strict no phone dancefloor. Front Room then put him on an entirely different kind of night, supporting James Zabiela at Mala Mia when the progressive house wizard came through for a two and a half hour King's Birthday marathon in an intimate Latin room. Between the two came A Day at the Beach, Front Room and AirDNB's afternoon into evening takeover of the Glenelg foreshore, with Felix Da Housecat and Grooverider headlining stages of house and drum & bass, and Krish among the seventeen locals filling out the rest of the bill.
