Floating Castle

Also runs: TMO

Floating Castle is an Adelaide DJ whose sound moves through progressive house, indie dance, melodic techno and acid techno. His sets are built around steady progression, rolling grooves and atmosphere, shifting from warm, melodic passages into darker, more driving club territory while keeping a clear sense of flow. That range has taken him across progressive and techno-focused Adelaide lineups, including support appearances around James Zabiela, CJ Bolland and Thomas Schumacher. Rather than being tied to one narrow corner of electronic music, Floating Castle brings a melodic, groove-led approach that can adapt to different rooms and times of night. Away from the booth, he is one of the resident managers behind The Manager’s Office, an Adelaide DJ practice, recording and event space, giving him a wider role within the local electronic music community.
