Knvex aka Loki Hall

Knvex is the drum and bass project of Adelaide DJ and producer Loki Hall, whose work behind the decks and in the home studio spans more than 17 years. His sets range across the DnB spectrum, moving through jungle, halftime dub, dark and heavy rollers, smooth liquid selections and MC-led tracks without settling into one lane. That breadth is documented through a long-running series of online mixes, including Vibe Guide Selects: To the Autumn Listeners, the Heaviest of Frequencies series and free-download recordings on SoundCloud. Knvex has shared back-to-back sessions with Roost and appeared at Adelaide community events including Subalicious DNBBQ, Wnderland DNB and Low Kool Selection. Alongside DJing, he produces original drum and bass from his home studio, bringing the same balance of weight, atmosphere and melody to his own material. Knvex’s long connection with Adelaide DnB is built on steady participation, independent music and an open-ended approach to many forms of bass music.
