DV8 aka Raymond Saleh

DV8, aka Raymond Saleh, is an Adelaide DJ connected to the city’s long-running club and rave community. Part of the generation celebrated by Reunion Festival, he has returned to the decks for successive Reunion events alongside many of Adelaide’s best-known house, techno, trance and rave selectors. His appearances place him within a broad local history that stretches from the city’s classic club years through to the present-day old-school revival, where DJs from different eras reconnect with the music and crowds that shaped Adelaide dance culture. Rather than being tied to one current trend, DV8’s place in the scene is rooted in that shared club history and the enduring appeal of the records that defined it.
