Aetheris is an emerging Adelaide DJ and producer working across emotive drum and bass and the city’s bass underground. She played her first public DJ set at a Wickid Lickwid open-decks night at Ancient World in June 2025, then moved into clubs, outdoor gatherings and local events. Her selections favour atmosphere as much as impact, combining rolling percussion, deep low end and melodic detail with darker late-night textures. That cinematic approach also shapes productions such as “Streetlight Sonnet” and “Tungsten Waltz,” which bring an urban, reflective edge to her bass-focused sound. Aetheris has since appeared at events including tOASt in Bonython Park, the IMBOLC pre-party, Cows with Gun Fingers and bass sessions at Unit Three. Her recorded mixes develop mood before releasing heavier energy. Still early in her career, Aetheris is building a clear identity through considered programming, original music and a strong connection to Adelaide’s grassroots DnB community.
