Iris aka Liam Bilsborow

Iris is the Adelaide DJ project of Liam Bilsborow, working around the deeper and heavier ends of bass music. His selections draw from dubstep, 140 and related underground electronic sounds, with a taste for weighty low-end, spacious production and soundsystem-focused music. An active listener and collector as well as a DJ, Iris follows both established producers and smaller labels across the international bass scene. In Adelaide he has appeared with Forbidden Forest, joining bills built around drum & bass, dubstep and bass music alongside artists including Tzusi, Stay Hidden and Glass. Iris continues to build his local presence with a sound rooted firmly in bass culture rather than a single narrow style.
