Glass

GLASS is a Colombian drum and bass DJ in Adelaide, drawn to the deep, dark and melodic side of the genre. His sets move mainly through liquid, deep minimal and neurofunk, and he treats each one as a story, using groove and emotion to put something of himself onto the dancefloor. The aim is a set built for dancing that still carries real feeling, drawing listeners in rather than just keeping them moving. His SoundCloud carries the idea through in its titles, each named after a property of glass, beginning with Transmittance 1.0 and Material Dispersion 1.0. His sound has found a home with Forbidden Forest, the Adelaide collective dedicated to deep, dark bass music, which featured him in its artist spotlight series, and he has also been booked by Creatures Gathering, which brings South Australian artists together for immersive nights of electronic and experimental music.
