The Little Red Door

The Little Red Door is the downstairs, underground half of the two-room venue at 182 Hindley Street, Adelaide. Built around a burlesque-bar character, it opens into a beer garden and provides a close setting for dancing, live performance and private celebrations. The room accommodates up to 100 people and has a strong connection with Adelaide’s bass community. LRD Sessions, Low Kool Selection and independent promoters have used it for drum & bass, jungle and dubstep, while other nights combine DJs with beat poetry, birthdays, food and drink specials. Its compact floor keeps performers and audiences close, suiting showcases, emerging selectors and parties that benefit from a crowded small-room atmosphere. The Little Red Door can be hired independently from Winston for birthdays, engagements, cocktail parties, work functions, launches and shoots, with bar service, DJ equipment and optional security available. Events can run seven days a week, subject to availability and conditions.
