Megasaurus aka Meg Pearce

Megasaurus is Meg Pearce, an Adelaide DJ who describes what she does as weaving sounds, vibes and genres together, and lists the range as fun, dark, silly, serious, calm, light, peace and chaos, always with some rumbling bass underneath it. What will she play next is her own closing question, and the catalogue does not really answer it. Festivals carry most of the record. Forbidden Forest has had her twice on New Year's Eve and again for Rave Arcade, When Pigs Fly took her over to Kangaroo Island, and wavecult have booked her for Imbolc across three separate years alongside a Farseer set. Psy-ence Fiction had her for a May the Fourth party and Psy Cabaret the December before that, and there is a Kiss FM recording with Quark in there too. Closer to home she took a Dancing Room slot at Henley Square in March, opening with glitchy dubstep, psy and drum & bass before Julian Smith took over.
