Unit Three

Unit Three is a taproom in a Lonsdale industrial estate, tucked away at 3/77 O'Sullivan Beach Road with entry via Devon Street. It runs as a collaborative space shared by three producers: Lone Gum Farmhouse making sour and barrel aged ales, Nightworks Distillery on the spirits, and Day to Be turning out small batch craft beers. Twenty taps between them, plus a rotation of local guest pours. It is open seven days with a front bar and a function space, and the programming is as broad as the drinks list. Musical bingo, punk tribute nights, live bands and beer tastings fill most weeks, nearly all of it free entry. Electronic music arrives when someone brings a rig. Wild Sound System hauled nineteen thousand watts of custom built bass down here for a family friendly Sunday of deep drum & bass and house, and Creatures Gathering follow in September with pizza, open decks and seven local DJs.
