QuanticX is the hard-techno alias of Adelaide DJ Dom Gooden, a rising name in the city’s fast, industrial club circuit. His sets favour driving kick drums, dark atmospheres and raw, high-pressure rhythms, with a style suited to late-night rooms and hard-dance crowds. Gooden is associated with Rectify Collective, an Adelaide platform focused on hard, fast and underground techno. In 2026, QuanticX appeared at Fresh 360, Fresh 92.7’s birthday celebration at District, sharing the program with Seek N Destroy, Hyperfixate, Blax, PrettyDark, Eli, Brooksy and other local selectors. He later joined the support lineup for international hard-techno artist Shogun and Sydney’s Izak at 149 Hindley, performing a closing back-to-back set with Fusion. These appearances place QuanticX among a new generation of Adelaide artists bringing tougher sounds into the city’s clubs. With a growing following and ties to local promoters, his name is gaining ground through direct, uncompromising dancefloor sets.
