Ack is the Adelaide DJ alias of Zac Ansell, a bounce selector and one of the founders of Underground Sound. The collective launched in September 2026 with UGS 001 at the Andrew Street warehouse, created as a platform for emerging Adelaide DJs working across bounce, hard house, techno and hardgroove. Ack was billed specifically for bounce on the debut lineup alongside DSG, Jx.Zero, Lvnce and Toze, placing his sound at the fast, high-energy end of the night. Beyond DJing, his role with Underground Sound gives him a hand in building the parties themselves, with the collective focused on local talent, stripped-back warehouse spaces and giving newer selectors real club experience.
