Kool T aka Thane

Kool T is Thane, a multi genre DJ who has worked Adelaide clubs, raves and radio since the late nineties. House sits at the centre of it, but the tags on his mixes spread wide: deep, tech, melodic, disco, funky, vocal, big room, nu disco and progressive all turn up across the same catalogue. Summer Clubhouse and SummerFunHouse have become annual fixtures, one of each landing in 2025 and again in 2026, and Kool-T After Dark takes much the same crates somewhere later and rather darker. Radio runs alongside all of it. He is a DANCE100fm DJ and recorded a disco mix for the Deep radio show on Fresh 92.7 in March last year. On the local circuit, Dance Floor Heretics booked him for eXPEDITIONS at Atlantis in Light Square, where eight DJs each took a two hour set across two rooms of house, progressive, trance and melodic techno. His garden set from that night runs close to two hours.
