Bibbe Zee

Bibbee Zee is an Adelaide DJ working across dark experimental club music, bass and left-field electronic sounds. The project came to wider attention through Unsound Adelaide in 2025, appearing on a Motez-curated program at Lion Arts Factory alongside aya, Strict Face, DJ PGZ and international audiovisual artists. A review describes Bibbee Zee closing the club night after aya and Strict Face, placing the local selector within one of Adelaide’s major experimental-music programs. Bibbee Zee has remained active in the city’s smaller underground rooms, joining bass-focused bills at Ancient World with Cra$h Out, Discarded, Fiction, Gunda G, LHMTS and LIS/N. In June 2026, Bibbee Zee returned to the Hindley Street basement for Dial’Afreeq alongside Funk Elixir, Collo Awata and Hello Moto, billed for a texturally rich, dark experimental club set. A later appearance on Adelaide community platform duck! radio further reflects a practice spanning club performance and independent broadcasting.
