fourfourfour

Run by: Hyperfixate, Xela Rae

fourfourfour is an Adelaide multi-genre bass music collective built around local club culture, diverse lineups and giving both emerging and established DJs room to play. Based on Kaurna land, the crew programs across bass-heavy styles rather than locking itself to a single genre, with dubstep, drum & bass, garage and other club sounds all part of the mix. The collective launched its Volume series at Ancient World in July 2026, bringing Sydney artists STTRUKII and Beddy together with Adelaide selectors Kaurset, 0800KIN, Rhythmic, hyperfixate and xela rae. A Halloween edition followed as Volume Two, continuing the focus on mixed bass sounds and local talent. fourfourfour also places a clear emphasis on the dancefloor itself, promoting inclusive events, diverse bookings and a zero-tolerance stance toward discrimination and anti-social behaviour. The result is a new Adelaide promoter focused as much on who gets space in the room as the music coming through the system.
