Prinsloo aka Josh Prinsloo

Prinsloo is Josh Prinsloo, an Adelaide DJ who shares his mixes on SoundCloud as JP, under the tagline "welcome to the workshop". His uploads trace a path from progressive house into afro house, starting with a progressive house mix in 2023 and followed by two volumes of afro house mixes in 2024. He plays on wax too. In May 2026 he joined Cards and McEwen for Rocket Bar's Vinyl Night Takeover on Hindley Street, a three-hour late-night vinyl session from the bar's own DJs, and he was booked for HOUSEBLEND, the West End's day-long celebration of independent café culture and local DJ talent that winds up in a Liverpool Street block party.
