Mho aka Dave Walker

MHO is the Adelaide-based electronic space-rock project of Dave Walker, a live performer whose work sits between synth grunge, electronica and exploratory DIY sound. Rather than approaching electronic music as a conventional DJ set, Walker builds MHO around original material and a hands-on performance style, bringing the grit and physicality of a band into a machine-led setting. The result is rough-edged, atmospheric and deliberately hard to pin down, with electronic textures meeting rock weight and an experimental streak. MHO has become a familiar name within Adelaide's grassroots electronic community through appearances at Adelaide Electronic Music Open Mic events. The project has also performed at Full Moon Party II at the Grace Emily Hotel alongside Thunder Speaks, Sweet Nothing, Kuiper and Verzanski. MHO later joined the expansive Lost City bill at Lion Arts Factory, sharing a multidisciplinary program with Sleep D, Nū, Messianic Gloss, Tarp, Tjikk, Mel Lake and others.
