Citizen1 aka Thomas 'Tom' Haden

Thomas Haden DJs as Citizen1, an Adelaide house and techno selector who has made Electric Circus his home base and built a reputation as one of the venue's most trusted residents in a short time. First appearing on Resident Advisor in 2025, his climb through the Electric Circus lineup has been fast. He has supported international acts including salute from Austria and Dec Duffy from the UK, and played alongside regulars Bano, La Lani, Deelicious and Theodore Kittens — the core crew shaping the venue's underground sound. In April 2026 he took the next step: Curated By Citizen1, his own night at Electric Circus with a handpicked lineup of Ned., Raf, Jack Jelly, Lewis and Clob. Putting your name on the door is a different kind of commitment, and the fact that Electric Circus handed him the keys says something about how far he has come in under two years. Find him on Resident Advisor, where his event history maps a steady rise through the Adelaide underground.
