Contempo aka Duo of Sam Jaeger and Jai Fielke

CONTEMPO are an Adelaide/Kaurna-based DJ duo formed by Sam Jaeger and Jai Fielke, known for fast, high-energy sets, tight mixing and relentless momentum. Working across techno, hard groove, trance and house, they favour rapid transitions and rhythmic shifts that keep crowds locked into a set. What began as an idea between two DJs quickly developed into appearances at festivals and clubs, including Beyond the Valley, Electric Circus, Lions Art Factory and the Adelaide University Cloisters. Their rise has placed them on bills with names such as Fish56Octagon, OGUZ, Trym and SHUFFA. Rather than dividing a set into separate turns, Sam and Jai operate as a unit, trading selections, reacting quickly and maintaining pressure. Interstate bookings, including an appearance at Reactor in Wollongong, have begun extending their reach beyond South Australia. With a growing following and busy calendar, CONTEMPO are establishing themselves as one of Adelaide’s most active new-generation dance acts.
