KWAD is an Adelaide DJ working across UK garage, house, tech house, techno and disco. His sets favour quick-moving rhythms, strong low-end pressure and an upbeat club feel, while leaving room for warmer house and disco selections when the setting calls for them. His debut DECK of CARDS performance presented a high-energy UKG mix featuring music from Interplanetary Criminal, MPH and 33 Below, showing the bass-led sound behind his club work. KWAD has appeared across Adelaide nightlife, including bookings at Rocket Bar & Rooftop, Fabric Adelaide, Atlantis Lounge, Lucky’s Beach Club and Terra & Sol. Resident Advisor listings place him on house and disco bills alongside Potentially Hugo, DylanWrites, Alex Aurae, L.E.W.I.S, Giorgios and Jack Jelly, while his Surreal profile records more than 25 performances. From beachside sunset sessions to Hindley Street parties running until dawn, KWAD is building a varied local résumé and a growing place within Adelaide’s new generation of selectors.
