Imachka aka Imogen Walters

Imachka is the DJ alias of Adelaide selector Imogen Walters, an emerging name in the city’s underground electronic music community. Her sound centres on techno, favouring deep, hypnotic and driving selections suited to late-night rooms and focused dance floors. After developing her skills through mixes and open-deck opportunities, she moved into public bookings, including her first official set at the 2026 Your Shot Adelaide showcase at Lion Arts Factory. Her progress has also taken her onto Fresh 92.7 for a guest mix, while recordings on SoundCloud offer another window into her developing style. Imachka’s event record includes Simply Techno’s Club Sessions at Electric Circus, joining S4T, Drew, Jorge Watts and ESF for a night devoted to underground techno.
