Dementia aka Terry Davies

Dementia is an Adelaide DJ connected with the city’s old-school rave community and harder dance sounds. Listed by Everything Else Productions among Adelaide’s established resident DJs, Dementia returned to the circuit for Armageddon: The Winter Storm at Cosmos Club, a digital-versus-vinyl rave centred on hard house and hard trance. The appearance placed Dementia alongside long-serving names including Devious, Monkey, JMAD and M, with a side-room set opening the night. Dementia was later selected for Armageddon 2: The Spring Bloom, performing a two-hour back-to-back set with Core E in the main room. That event moved across drum & bass, jungle, breakbeat, trance, techno, hard house and hardstyle while retaining its focus on vinyl and digital DJ culture. Although little biographical material has been published, these bookings identify Dementia as part of Adelaide’s veteran rave network: a selector suited to club music, old-school records and multi-room parties built for committed dancers.
