The Feathers

The Feathers Hotel has stood on the corner of Glynburn and Greenhill Roads at Burnside since 1966, at the foot of the Adelaide Hills. It is a suburban pub rather than a club, family owned and proudly South Australian, and it has been a drinking and dining fixture for the eastern suburbs across six decades. The complex has grown well beyond a front bar. The Greenhouse handles the restaurant side, the Pavilion runs as a cafe, and the Terrace is a garden bar that took Best Beer Garden in Australia back in 2017. There is a cellars outlet and a gaming room alongside them, and function spaces that turn over for private events through the week. Dance music arrives through those function rooms rather than any dedicated dancefloor. Beats on Parade has brought its roaming night here, five hours of old school anthems and feel good house with G-Motion, Conspirosy, Jerry Tee and Moshman on the decks.
