splitdecision

split/decision is a DJ and producer from Djilang/Geelong whose broad approach to club music is summed up by the phrase “uncertainty is certain.” Beginning with UK drill and trap, his sound developed toward percussive club music, hard drum, Latin tek, Jersey rhythms and high-speed bass, with sets often moving between 150 and 175 BPM. Rather than treating genre as a boundary, split/decision uses abrupt changes, heavy low end and rhythmic tension to connect contrasting sounds. His releases include Cunty Anthem through Danse Avec Les Filles, MMA Kick Bak for Algo Bien, Untouch My Body on H34VEN0N34RTH’s H34VEN:SENT compilation and FUCKING BASS! with AnGeLZ.
