Mons
Mons is an Adelaide DJ and producer whose public music trail reaches back to at least 2023, when the original track “waveey” appeared on SoundCloud. A later edit of Basement Jaxx’s “Where’s Your Head At” followed in 2024, showing a project built around club-ready reworks as well as original material. Mons is closely connected with Cherry Nightclub and its House Party roster, bringing a broad, high-energy dancefloor approach to the Hindley Street club. In July 2024, Mons appeared on Cherry’s dedicated House Party stage at Spin Off Festival, playing back-to-back with Guns Down; coverage noted the set’s smooth flow and sustained crowd energy. The alias remains active with Cherry into 2026 alongside residents including Brodie, Brooke Seto, Dancespace, Duffy, Geezer, Jonny K, Some Brown and Tommy G. With confirmed Instagram and SoundCloud profiles but little published biography, Mons is best documented through club appearances, festival sets and a growing catalogue of edits and originals.
