Nenad is Adelaide DJ and producer Nenad Lonic, also known as Lirium. He began buying and mixing records in 1994, shaped by Adelaide’s house and techno scene and a preference for groove-led electronic music. His sets move through deep house, minimal, tech house and techno, developing gradually rather than relying on abrupt changes. Away from the decks, Nenad co-hosted events under the Delirium Electric name and became label manager for Discovery Records Australia, an Adelaide imprint supporting underground club music. He also oversees the Discovery Sessions mix series, featuring label artists, local selectors and invited guests. His catalogue includes tracks such as Starfish, alongside material issued as Nenad and Lirium. Since 2024, he has placed older recordings and vinyl sessions online through the Delirium Electric channel. Across DJing, production, label work and promotion, Nenad has maintained a connection to Adelaide’s deeper house and techno community for more than thirty years.
