23rd Street Distillery

23rd Street Distillery is a working distillery, restaurant and event venue at the corner of Renmark Avenue and Twenty Third Street in Renmark. Built in 1914 and reopened in its current form in 2016, the Riverland landmark combines century-old copper stills with a contemporary visitor centre, courtyard and outdoor lawns. It produces gin, brandy, vodka and whisky, while its restaurant serves dishes, wood-fired pizza, tasting flights and cocktails. Its spaces support weddings, conferences, celebrations and live entertainment: the Visitor Centre can seat around 120 guests for receptions or hold up to 200 theatre-style, with smaller options in the Courtyard and Long Room. The front lawns host boutique outdoor events, including Sun & Sounds Festival, combining live Adelaide bands and DJs with food and drinks. With parking, wheelchair access, indoor and outdoor dining, a full bar and private rooms, 23rd Street serves as a visitor attraction and one of Renmark’s regional event settings.
