Leeroy Brown aka Lee Flourentzou

Leeroy Brown is Adelaide house selector Lee Flourentzou, also known as Leonidas Flourentzou. Active in the city’s scene for more than fifteen years, he is associated with US house, disco, soulful grooves and extended sets that allow records room to breathe. His appearances include Lotus Lounge, Club Curious, HNLY at Henley Beach and Wax Bar, ranging from late-night club sessions to relaxed Sunday balcony sets. Leeroy has shared bills with house and disco figures including DJ Pierre, Dimitri From Paris, Dave Lee, Dr Packer and Sonny Fodera, alongside local collaborators Groove Terminator and Ezee G. His connection to vinyl and analogue sound is reflected in a custom six-channel rotary mixer built for him by Condesa Electronics in 2015. He has also released original music, including Time Is a Sign featuring Morris. Whether working through warm-up selections, all-night house or a disco-led festival set, Leeroy Brown draws on a record collection and experience of Adelaide dance floors.
