BABY MONET is an Adelaide-born DJ, vocalist and sound artist now based in London, known for genre-fluid sets that move through house, UK garage, techno, progressive sounds, trance and breakbeat. Melody, groove and unexpected turns are central to the mix, with an instinct for building euphoric dancefloor moments rather than staying inside one style. Coming through Adelaide’s underground electronic scene, BABY MONET has supported artists including Cinthie, Partiboi69, X Club, Foura and Motez, while also developing a live practice using voice, loops, soundscapes and hardware. Their DJing has since travelled through clubs, festivals and radio in Australia and the UK, including regular appearances in London’s queer nightlife and broadcasts through Fresh 92.7, Three D Radio and Subtle Radio. Whether playing vinyl or digital, peak-time club sets or more exploratory sessions, BABY MONET approaches DJing as an open-ended exchange between rhythm, atmosphere and the people in the room.
