Aspect

ASPECT is an Adelaide DJ working around the more experimental edges of club music, with selections spanning electro, hard drum, deconstructed electronics and leftfield dance sounds. Closely connected to the H34VEN0N34RTH orbit, ASPECT has appeared at the collective’s Adelaide parties alongside local and interstate artists pushing beyond conventional club formats. Recent appearances include H34VEN0N34RTH’s second birthday at Ancient World and RIPT VOL II, sharing the bill with Blood of Aza, Three Mothers, Lonelyspeck and MFG. ASPECT is also part of THIRD FORM, a hybrid performance project with Three Mothers. Across DJ sets and collaborative work, ASPECT sits firmly within Adelaide’s younger experimental electronic scene, favouring adventurous rhythms, unusual textures and club music that isn’t restricted to a single genre.
