Higher Vision started as a spirits label in Roxby Downs, built for people coming off long physical shifts rather than for the top shelf. Founder Chad Oldfield gave the range a home of its own on Hindley Street, soft launching in December 2025 and opening properly on New Year's Eve in the old Strats site, a former gentlemen's lounge. The fit out leans hard into the brand. Hi vis themed throughout, bartenders in high visibility gear, construction cues in the detailing, and a cocktail called Ex on the Strip nodding to what the building used to be. It holds 200 across a raised DJ booth, a stage, two bars and VIP lounges, and claims to have the newest toilets in the Adelaide CBD. Programming so far runs on themed day parties rather than club residencies. Nineties throwbacks, trance afternoons, ABBA singalongs and Juice WRLD tributes, most of them starting mid afternoon and running late.
