Nexus

Nexus is an Adelaide hard-dance event series launched in 2026, connecting techno, bounce, groove, hard house and trance across programmed club nights. Its first three volumes have moved from warm house and hypnotic techno into Latin bounce, hardgroove, hard techno and faster closing sets, giving each party a clear progression from opening hour to late-night peak. Nexus began at Ancient World before expanding to TIA Live, where custom sound and lighting supported a larger second edition featuring interstate guests Staffy and 3amdisco. Local line-ups have included Bashi, Ketracel, Gazebo, Oatus, Nukken, Seebs, Pastrello, Skit, Dos, Emeka, Deelicious and Zoe G. By combining visiting artists with Adelaide DJs, the series provides a stage for newer names while keeping its focus on forceful, dance-floor-led music. Nexus also states a zero-tolerance policy covering racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia and intimidating behaviour, placing safety and inclusion at the centre of its parties.
