Amphibian aka Felipe

Amphibian is Felipe, an Adelaide DJ who has leaned all the way into the name. His SoundCloud bio is a textbook definition of amphibians, noting that the word means double life, and his mix metaphorphis v1 is tagged frogtech and swampgroove, which gives a fair idea of the humour behind the decks. In March 2026 he posted his headline set from Missing Pitch, followed by an April Fools mix, and that July he played Your Shot Adelaide, with the recording going up soon after. He has also gone back to back with fellow Adelaide selector Telstraboy on the Day to Day Mix, and the pair were booked together, alongside Kleio, Zoe G, Flightdeck and Strict Face, for Front 2 Back 2 Back 2 Back at Ancient World, the intimate, community-focused DJ night.
