Club Holdfast

Club Holdfast is a community sporting and function venue at 583 Anzac Highway, Glenelg North, on the corner of Tapleys Hill Road. Home to the Holdfast Bay bowls and croquet community, it combines outdoor greens with flexible indoor spaces for live entertainment, celebrations and gatherings. Its lounge accommodates up to 130 guests, while the lounge and dining areas together can seat up to 200, supported by a full bar, kitchen, accessible facilities and ample off-street parking. Beyond bowls and croquet, Club Holdfast hosts live-music Sunday Sessions, social events, meetings, workshops and corporate functions, with barefoot bowls available for birthdays, engagements and team activities. Around 100 music lovers attended one recent Sunday Session, reflecting the venue’s growing role as an easygoing suburban destination for bands, dancers and community audiences. Its facilities and welcoming club atmosphere make it well suited to daytime entertainment and private hire close to Glenelg.
