Two Lips Events

Two Lips is an Adelaide Lesbian+ events community built around safe, welcoming spaces that also support the venues hosting them. It launched with New Year, New Lips at The Gov in Hindmarsh in January 2026 and has run a regular calendar since: the monthly Two Lips Takeover at Shapeshifter Brewing Co in Findon, its home base, with a live set from a local musician each month; Cue Up For a Good Time hangouts at Empire Bar and Pool; and parties including White Lies at Nevermind. Accessibility sits at the heart of every event, from seating and earplugs to concession pricing, free entry for health care cardholders’ companions and free tickets for First Nations people. To mark its first anniversary, Two Lips was set to bring New Year, New Lips back to The Gov with a DJ lineup of Adelaide selectors HER//ETIC, Brooke Seto, Mihz, Vicky Zeng and Liciouz.
