Ade Live

ADE Live is an Adelaide music promoter run by DJ JVR, focused on underground techno, tech house and progressive sounds. Active since at least 2022, the group has presented events ranging from intimate late-night sessions to international headline shows. Early parties included Techno in the Cage and a 2023 appearance by Melbourne-based Eat The Beat co-founder Matteo Freyrie at Wnderland, supported by Adelaide artists. ADE Live later worked with The Front Room on larger productions during 2025. These included an open-air Adelaide Fringe event at the University Cloisters led by Berlin techno figure Marcel Dettmann, with Market Memories and Rory Marshall, followed by John Digweed performing a three-hour set at Lion Arts Factory. Local names appearing across ADE Live programs include JVR, Daneles, Solace, Ricky Garcia, No Different and Ania. After a short break, the promoter returned with a 2025 gathering at The Gatsby Lounge, continuing its role in Adelaide's underground electronic scene.
