Tarik MC is a Riverland club MC and member of the original RELEASE crew from Renmark, South Australia. A natural microphone presence, Tarik’s role is to connect the music, selectors and dancefloor—building anticipation, lifting the room and giving the night a recognisable voice. He worked alongside RELEASE regulars Jazza, CK, Shane Casey and Toot during the crew’s earlier run at Rivaz Nightclub, when the parties became part of Renmark’s nightlife and introduced crowds to new club sounds alongside established favourites. After a twelve-year hiatus, Tarik was announced for the crew’s homecoming at RELEASE: Reunion in October 2026. Billed as “the one and only Tarik MC”, he returned alongside the original team and featured musician Louis Fuller for a night centred on the music and shared memories of the former series. Tarik’s involvement places him within the Riverland’s club history: an MC whose contribution comes through personality, timing and direct communication with the crowd.
